Service rating : I received my order of gowns on Friday- but discovered Friday evening that the graduation caps were missing from the order- we rang Amber and as my graduation was the following Wednesday and we are in Ireland we were told they could resend them but would not be here on time- we were told we would get a call back Friday evening- which we didn't- I was totally stressed but on Saturday night at 9.30pm when I had given up all hope Amber phoned and told us she would have the caps to us by Monday evening- she gave us a tracking number to follow the delivery- she was so apologetic and wished us the best. I didn't dare to believe that she could get us the caps on time- yet Monday afternoon the courier delivered them to our door on plenty time for the graduation. I was over the moon and more than impressed with the service- The gowns and hats were perfect- they looked fantastic and the students and their guests were well impressed. I couldn't recommend them higher- and I will definitely order again - Thank youProduct : they were fab, the quality was excellent and they looked very impressive in the professional photos
