Service rating : I am pleased that the items I ordered were quality! There were several other graduation accessory webstores that had negative reviews about this very issue - overpriced, cheap stuff, not the same as appearing on the site. This was not all the case with Graduation World. I am very satisfied with my finished product.I received the items well before the date needed which was also helpful. My only issue, earning the 4 star review, is that I think they took advantage of me with an unnecessary "expedited" shipping charge. I ordered my product 4 weeks in advance of my event. According to their website and manufacturing custom items, I was bumping up against a timing issue. I was willing to pay extra to have my items. Like I said, all other graduation product websites seemed like scams. Since I talked directly to someone at Graduation World, I trusted his words (no other site managers answered my questions). He told me they would need a couple weeks to custom make the item, then time to send it. Thus, he suggested that I pay $30 for a faster shipping option, to be sure I received my items in a timely fashion. There were three shipping options, standard, expedited and rush. He didn't recommend I pay for the rush, just the expedited. I received my custom order within one week. Of course, I cannot be sure, but I think I could've paid for the standard shipping since clearly the item didn't take long to make.
