Returns and Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. We want you to have an amazing graduation experience with the perfect clothes and accessories. To make sure of this, please help us by ensuring that all returns/exchanges are done properly.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. All products and packaging must be in new condition and may not be returned or exchanged used, worn or altered in any way.
To return a Graduation World product, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing hello@graduationworld.com with the following information:
- Name
- Contact number
- Sales order number
- Which items are being returned
- Reason for return
Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt
- All products and packaging must be in new condition and not used, worn or altered in any way
- An RMA number is required for all returns
- Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled
- Customized items may not be returned or exchanged
- All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- All process and shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable
- Sending products back to Graduation World is the responsibility of the customer
