Service rating : I called and spoke to John on a Thursday afternoon after getting word that we needed to get some faculty graduation attire rather quickly. I was very grateful for his help and was beyond relieved and overjoyed to see the package had already arrived by the time I got home from school on Friday afternoon. 100 stars for excellent customer service.
